The space
The unit is on the second floor of a two story building with a large communal roof deck.

It is a very stylish unit, 2 minute walk from the beach with a private balcony, Indoor and outdoor seating area, queen memory foam mattress, day bed that converts to a twin bed and large bathroom.

The unit has high end finishes and amenities as well as shared use of the expansive rooftop deck. Which has an infinity pool, ocean views, pool table, full kitchen with bbq grill and large seating areas.

Amenities such as beach towels, coffee, soaps and shampoos are included.
Guest access
Guest has full and exclusive access to the unit and its private balcony.

Guests also have shared access with other guests in the building to the communal roof deck.
Guest interaction
We are happy to interact with guests to help in any way, answer questions and provide recommendations. We also respect the space and privacy of guests who prefer less interaction.
